What you share
The enquiry form collects your name, email, project type and message. Company, budget and timeline are optional. Please do not include passwords, financial account information or other sensitive material.
How an enquiry is handled
Submitted details are sent to the WAYZ team through our email delivery provider, Resend, so we can assess your request and reply. The website does not add you to a marketing list. The delivery provider and hosting infrastructure process the technical information required to deliver the service.
Technical information
The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a temporary, per-server rate limit based on the request’s network address. The hosting provider may maintain operational logs.
Website analytics
When enabled, Plausible provides cookie-free, aggregate statistics about page visits, enquiry steps and booking-link clicks. We do not send names, email addresses or message contents to analytics, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to ask about information you have shared or request its removal from our correspondence. Include the email address used for the original enquiry so the team can identify the relevant conversation.
